@@justsomejester3768 I agree with you. In the Bible we are not told to pray and just wait. Sometimes you wait, other times you move. However, discernment is to be had so you aren't just thinking every situation requires rapid action, most of us screw things up because we act before thinking. I'm glad you respect other beliefs cause I don't, especially atheism. Atheism is literally a death cult. Out of atheism has come communism and out of communism has come more deaths than all other beliefs combined. And that's just the surface level. So, I'd honestly rather people pray and wait instead and take their time thinking things through than to be an atheist who reacts out of fear. Plus, there's no code among the godless.

This is one of those issues I'm torn on. I believe a woman's body, a woman's right. But I also believe that life starts with the first heart beat. There are many circumstances in life where terminating a pregnancy is a good thing. It's when it's used as a last min. Form of birth control (because of things like failed relationships) or any number of reasons really that I feel it goes too far. I think if we as civilized people were to sit down and have real discussions again we might actually be able to find some middle ground. Problem is no one's interested in seeing things from a different view or perspective anymore. The burger King generation's that have followed gen x gotta have it their way right away. They haven't lived long enough to understand the system. To understand the consequences of the decisions their making. But they can burn down your city if they are unhappy and no one does anything because most of them are kids. There's going to be a breaking point. When it happens we will all be forced to come to some understandings to co exist again. But it's getting scary watching us reach this boiling point. And all of it can be fixed, but no one wants to fix it. My way, right now or else. What happened to things like patience, tolerance, kindness, respect for others as well as yourself, and simple compassion for each other?

I was looking up Wikipedia on George Carlin's death he had heart problems for many many years had so many surgeries and died at age 71.😢 but I watched them all my life and I'm 70 he's the only one that tells it like it is as in life and the only one that made me laugh the most
Carlin is dead on about this. During the baby food shortage during the pandemic, people on food stamps got first dibs on baby food since they’re least able to find other options. And of course conservatives complained about it, because apparently life is precious until the moment it pops out of the womb, and then you have to be punished for being born to a poor family.
